What are your fees?

Now what?

Outreach via our contact form, e-mail, or give us a call. Restorative Psychiatry & Wellness will review your inquiry and contact you to ensure we are the right match for your needs. You will be scheduled for an initial 60-90 minute psychiatric evaluation with Victoria. Prior to your appointment, you will set up your patient portal, where you will find all intake forms. You will need to complete these forms prior to your appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently accepting new clients with Aetna, United Healthcare, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Oscar Health, and Oxford. We are happy to provide you with a superbill, a receipt of service for your appointment, as some insurance plans provide reimbursement. PLEASE NOTE- we cannot work with clients who have Medicaid.

What are your

out of pocket rates?

75 min Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $400

30 min Medication Management Follow-up: $165

45 min Medication Management Follow-up: $245

60 min Medication Management Follow-up: $330

90 min Medication Management Follow-up: $485

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged at full price of session to your card on file.

Do I need to have a therapist to seek treatment with you?

No. We will happily work with you even if you do not currently have a therapist. However, we do believe that psychiatric medical care is just one part of overall mental health. We believe best outcomes for mental wellness incorporate ongoing therapy.

What are your current hours?

Mondays: 10am - 6:30pm (virtual only)

Tuesdays: 8am - 3:30pm

Wednesdays: 8am - 3:30pm

Thursdays: 8am - 3:30pm

Fridays: 9am - 3pm (admin only)

Saturdays & Sundays: closed
