Meet Victoria

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Founder & Owner

ABOUT

Hi! I'm Victoria, and I'm so proud of you for taking this step in your mental health journey, and for simply being here.

My goal for starting Restorative Psychiatry & Wellness was and is to provide all-inclusive, high quality, holistic, and client centered mental health care, where YOU, the client, are not treated as a number, but are treated as a whole person deserving of compassionate and optimal mental healthcare.

I promise to provide you a safe space, free of judgement and stigma, and to empathetically listen to you, always. I honor the privilege I have of sitting with my clients in their most vulnerable moments, and value the role I have in their wellbeing and health.

I'm a Massachusetts native, and find peace and solace anywhere on an ocean shoreline... with a lobster roll in hand. Prior to moving to Colorado in August 2020, I lived in Connecticut for 12 years.

I currently live in Denver with my partner and two dogs- Arlo, a mini goldendoodle, and Apple, a mini bernedoodle. I love discovering new cozy coffee shops, hiking, yoga, paddleboarding, live music, and eating my way through Denver restaurants. It's been three winters in Colorado, and learning how to snowboard is still up for debate...

Meet Arlo

Office Emotional Support Dog

Arlo is Restorative Psychiatry & Wellness' resident emotional support dog. He is a therapy dog in training, currently working towards accumulating his direct patient contact hours.

Arlo is a two year old mini Goldendoodle, who knows a thing or two about the importance of self care. He loves hiking, swimming, playing in the snow, peanut butter treats, naps, cuddles, his stuffed toy giraffe, and head scratches.

While Arlo is hypoallergenic and the sweetest boy, we recognize not all people feel comfortable around dogs, so not a worry- he's only in the office if he wakes up on time from his morning nap.
